Brava Reader type software for Mac

Hi,

I am looking for a PDF, TIFF, and CSF reader similar to Brava! Reader - but, of course, compatible with Mac. Any suggestions? Thank you!

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

pdf and tiff can be displayed with Preview.
CSF seems to be a Windows only format (no Mac compatible viewers).
