Install CanoScan N1220U Drivers

I have a Canon Scanner CanoScan N1220U (Model Year 2000). I plugged it into an open USB port on my iMac G5 running OS X 10.4.2. Image Capture did not recognize a capture device. I opened System Profiler - my system recognizes a device called CanoScan connected to the USB port, but does not know it is a scanner.

I downloaded the current drivers from the Canon website for OS X. When I run the Canon Install program, I am greeted with a window that asks for the "Install Location". I select "Add Install Location", and am then greeted with a window to select the location for the drivers.

I do not know where "to point" the installation to. Which folder/location do I select as the location for my scanner drivers?
