Ipod touch stuck on Volume ! help!

hi, my almost new Ipod touch is stuck on volume: what I mean is the volume icon wont go down and when it dose I cant turn the volume down!!,so right now I have too lisen to all´my music top volume..I cant turn it down on the side or by touch..;( it just turns it self upp again.

and no nothing semes to be stuck on the side..

help 😟
