Help! I Can't pull up a specific website

I am trying to pull up a specific website so I can do work from home. I tried bringing it up on Safari and it wouldn't let me on at all. I downloaded fire fox and it pulled up the website but when I tried to click on a button to actually use the website, It wouldn't let me. My Internet service provider said that sometimes macs will not pull up certain websites because they are not formatted right. I hope this is not the case. I know nothing about macs and am trying to switch over from a pc but am getting really frustrated. Please help!

True. Some web page designers do not check their design on Mac browsers. Therefore some web pages may not render properly. However, this is not too common.

If you don't mind my asking, what is the URL of the site you are having a problem with. Others in this forum can then see if they have the same problem.

P.S. What model Mac do you have and are you using OS 10.3.9?

Thanks for your help. The website I'm trying to access is www.trax.nfocus.com. What is strange to me is that It pulls up more of the website when I use firefox. It actually lets me sign in, but then when I click on a specific button to access info, it does nothing. Any info is appreciated. I need to get some work done from home so I don't have to leave my baby with a sitter!
I don't know what version of the computer I have. sorry. I am total dits when it comes to macs and am still trying to learn how to use it.
Thanks
