outlook calendar labels

We are using a shared outlook calendar in a small business. We utilize the "label" feature to assign different colors to each person for calendar items. None of this data is communicated via active sync so all calendar items on the iphone are simply gray. Does anyone know if there is a way to transmit the label data with the appointment data?
