Needed- An Academic CV Template for Pages

I am a med student and need to put together an academic curriculum vitae for externship and residency programs. Does anyone have nice one on file that they would be willing to share, or perhaps they know of a specific place on the web where I can download a comprehensive template? Most of the iwork resume' templates are too corporate/"cute" for an academic/research CV. Please don't tell me to just google, I have googled many different combos and have yet to find what I am looking for.

Have you looked at the ones in:

http://www.iworkcommunity.com/

Search on resumé as it is a more general expression than CV.

If you want something less designed a good place to start is the Word templates at Microsoft's site.

Definitely less designed! 🙂

They convert quite readily to Pages just by opening them.

All this time you have spent rejecting designs you could have created your own.

As only you can tell what it is you want it to look like, just do it yourself. The whole point of Pages is to give you control over the appearance of the layout. Once you have removed the color and fancy fonts, most of the templates will be sober enough for the brown cardigans of academe.
