Old G3 powerbook 233mhz + wifi....am I wasting time even contemplating it?!

Hi All

I have an old G3 series powerbook which is 233 or 266 mhz (from before the bronze keyboard) has a little extra memory installed than standard and probably has OS9 on it. It's been under my bed for years..

Basically I just want to use it for surfing the net (on my wifi). Is it even possible? I figure I'd need some kind of Airport card...but I don't even know where to start (I'm not techy..I really don't have a clue!) This thing doesn't even have USB!

Would it be so slow that I would just want to throw it out the window?

If this is a totally stupid idea then tell me now!

If I can upgrade it cheaply to make it work i'd be interested, as let's face it..it's only good as a doorstop!

Is it even possible to upgrade it to an extent that I could use photoshop CS on it or is that completely wishful thinking?

Anyway I'd appreciate any advice, even if it is just to throw it off a tall building!
