Where are the hidden thumbnail cache files?
As far as i can see, imovie saves the imported/captured movies into the /movies/imovie Projects or Events folder.
However, when i move the entire imovie projects or Events folder into the trash. Even after i use Secure Empty Trash and Disk Utility's erase free space, whenever i use Date Rescue II, i still can find a lot of thumbnail images from some of the movies.
This is making me feel so insecure that someone can still retrieve my files from my computer using simple recovery software when i want to send it for repair or to sell it.
I search everywhere in the forum and the net but i can't find the answer.
Can anyone advise me where is the exact location that IMovie hides this files?
