Since the Restrictions passcode is included with your iPhone's backup, you must restore your iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from your iPhone's backup.
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME!!! ok i have my apple I.D. but i forgot my password and my hotmail password so i dont know both yes that is wierd and so i went to answer a question but i also forgot the answer to the question i got my birth date but not the question can some one tell me how to go past that... i called apple ipod technical suppourt and they were like i dont have an access to that or something like that... does anyone know where i can call and ill give them im apple id so they can figgure out my password...???
