Soften Skin?

Hey guys,

Been using Aperture for a while now, but this is something I've been trying to figure out without going the "photoshop route". Say you have a person with wrinkles, what's the best way to soften their skin without making it a blurry mess? Everybody asks me to make them look younger lol
