HELP ME? No audio at all? Loops make no sound... Nothing does? HELP ME?

I want to create a song of apple loops, but I go into the loop browser and try and sample some and there is no sound? I even drag a loop into a track spot and no sound? I just tried to even record my own voice and it won't even do that?

Yes I checked my speakers and head phones. Please help me someone.
