my ipod touch wont leave the apple logo screen

i have tried restoring it several times, ive sent it into the recovery mode by holding the home and power button for 25 seconds. it looked like it was gunna work tht time, but it went right back to the logo screen as soon as it was done. ive left it alone for several hours seeing if it was jst taking i a lil longer than usual, but im getting no results. everytime i try to restore it, it ends up kicking me off the itunes for a few seconds. i dont know wht else to do. can anyone help me? im out of ideas

Try redownloading the iPod software from apple. Right now this could be either a hardware problem or a bad firmware file. Have you tried a different USB port and cable as well?

i was fooling around with mine today, i had it pluged in to the computer and i was holding the home (the circle button) and the top button, when it turns off keep holding and then when it turns back on just let go of the top button, continue to hold the home, and the please connect to itunes should show.

Ive tried the home and power button. Ive tried redownloading the software. I tried using my iphones cable instead of the ipod cable, cuz i thought tht the cable was messed up, but it wont do anything. Ive got a warranty on it tho. Im jst gunna take it back and get a new one. I tired of jackin with it

i had the same problem what you need to do is turn it on (apple logo will show)connect it via usb to the computer and hold the power button and the home botton until thge itunes logo appear on ipod open itunes (computer)and click on the ipod and click restore a software will download and install on your ipod then it should work.
