SAFARI 4 saft.app is missing no "input managers folder"

I wont lie, i am an experienced OS user as well as a safari user. unfortunately i attempted to use Saft and once uninstalled i receive the same error message as everyone else. "saft.app is missing please copy saft app to applications folder" i have searched the intraweb for a solution and everyone keeps saying find the input managers folder. It does not exists, maybe its safari 4, maybe its 10.5.7, but i cannot live any longer with this error message. any suggestions?

macbook pro 15inch 2.5 ghz, Mac OS X (10.5.7), safari 4
