Is your Belkin 7-port USB Hub Hot?

Hello everyone. This is not an iMac-specific question/problem, but since I am using one, I thought I post it here...

I am using two Belkin 7-port USB 2.0 Hub for quite a while now, (See http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?MerchantId=&Section_Id=200433&pcount=&ProductId=196201), only until recently that when I went and touch them, especially the bottom of the hubs, they are
b extremely hot!

Is this suppose to be normal?

Thanks

With all 5 of the back ports in use my hub is warm/ hot - no smell of burning and not too hot to touch so no concerns from me!

I leave it plugged in and turned on 24/7 although my mac does sleep out of office hours and the hub shuts down then also.

Where is it in relation to your mac / desk? does it get air circulating around it?

I burnt out a wireless router by not giving it enough breathing space - behind a sofa and have learnt to give all my add-ons a bit more working / breathing space.
