Verizon Samsung Trance Music Phone

I just got a Verizon Samsung Trance music phone and I want to copy my iTunes library to it. Samsung's user's manual says that the only way to do this is to download V Cast Music with Rhapsody from Verizon. The problem is that Mac OS is not supported, only Windows.

My wife has a Windows XP PC. I had the idea to download iTunes for Windows to her PC. If I do that, how do I copy my iTunes library to her PC?

Or is there an easier way? I'd love to be able to just transfer my Mac iTunes library right to the phone.

Needless to say, if your library contains any DRM-protected tracks from the iTunes Store, they will not work in any non-Apple device.

So, I was on the right track, with thinking I had to download iTunes for Windows to my wife's PC.

Now, how do I copy my iTunes library from my Mac to her PC?

With a USB flash drive, if the library is small enough, or an external hard drive, if it exceeds the capacity of the flash drive.

The best way is to run Consolidate on the old PC, then copy the entire iTunes folder to the new PC.

This evening I downloaded both iTunes for Windows and VCast with Rhapsody to my wife's PC. I copied my iTunes music library to my external hard drive and plugged the hard drive into the USB port of the PC, which recognized the storage device. But I can't figure out how to access the storage device in Windows XP. Unlike the Mac OS, no icon appears on the desktop to let you use the storage device. The XP hardware troubleshooter says that the device is working properly, but how do I get to it? I can't find any access to the device!

so i cant just copy mp3 files ripped from a cd to the trance? i had the verizon Juke before this phone and i remember you had to do something with the disk utility.
