apple script menu

Any one know how and if possible to enable the apple script menu in your menu bar from terminal. We have just started using automator actions in our office of about 60 users.

I have rolled the actions out with remote desktop, but I need to enable the script menu. I really don't want to have to walk around to every users computer and do it.

Any ideas. I am also after options for it as I only want the users to see actions and scripts in their user folder not the systems.

Any help would be appreciated.
