Problems syncing with Exchange 2007

hello, I was just wondering if anyone could spare me some grief by helping my sync Address Book and iCal to exchange 2007. In the about section it on outlook web access it reads like this...

I have mail.app working and my iPhone 3G syncing to this service perfectly. In address book i have "http://win.alol.net.br/exchange/b.maskell" entered as my outlook web access server. Yet when I sync nothing syncs! I get no error message either. As far as ical is concerned, I have no idea where to even begin.

If anyone has any clue as to how to fix this with Address Book and iCal that would be much appreciated....
