Where is keyboard underscore key? Japan Keyboard

I have an apple keyboard on my imac g5 that I bought in Japan.
Where is the underscore key?
Also I would like to use the chat support but when I entered my serial number-?-(6Metc..)it answered that support is only for imacs and ipods
This is an imac.

On my iMac G4 with a Japanese keyboard, the underscore is Shift & ‚ë (Shift & "ro"). The "ro" key is immediately to the left of the right-hand Shift key.

I can't help with your other question, I'm afraid.
