blue dots appear in between words in Pages'09

every time i press the space button a blue dot appears in between the words.
For example: Post(dot)Message(dot)New(dot)Topic
I tried to copy and paste into this box to show, but they all disappear, however still stay in Pages. How can i remove the blue dots?
