My iPhone Internet Won't Work

So I got a suggstion from someone to hold the on/off button while holding the home button until an apple showed up then I let go.It doesn't work.

So I need new suggestions. My network is from Rogers. My Wi-Fi works but internet doesn't.

VG2230wm, Windows Vista, None

Do you have your account set up properly at Rogers? Have you checked with them?

Yes, I have. The internet is running smooth. But for the iPhone...no..

Try the turn it off again. It finally worked on mine.
Now I just wish ATT would get provide 3G in Iowa.
