What is PUSH?
What is it and do I need it switched on?
MAC Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.7)
If you don't know what it is, you have no need for it, so leave it off 🙂

Push allows a server to automatically push email, contacts and calendars to your phone. Unless you have Yahoo, MobileMe or Exchange for your email, don't worry about it. Sounds like you should take a stroll through the manual... http://manuals.info.apple.com/enUS/iPhone_UserGuide.pdf
