Method for Unauthorizing Dead Computers

I'm up to four authorized computers on my iTunes account, but I'm only running two of them. The other two are on computers whose hard drives have died and been replaced. When I got the machines back from Apple service, I had to authorize them again. This seems to be using up my authorizations pretty handily. Any ideas as to how I can delete those two non-existent computers?
