MacMini Randomly Crashes. Been To GeniusBar Three Times. w/ Video

I bought a MacMini in 2007 and have used it since to watched internet TV (hulu). About a month ago the MacMini started randomly freezing (about every 45 minutes to an hour), kernel panicking, or crashing when I opened any problem. A video of the computer during a crash can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wbi-3nrWARk

Since then I have taken it to the Genius Bar three times and the problem still isn't fixed.

The first time the Genius reinstalled OSX. The computer started crashing again 45 minutes after I got home.

The second time the Genius said they thought it was a hardware problem and put it in for service. A week later they told me it wasn't a hardware problem but a software issue and it was fixed. The MacMini crashed 10 minutes after I got home.

The third time the Genius couldn't find any problem despite that fact I literally showed him a HD video of the computer crashing!

To be honest, I am at a loss for what to do. Since I cannot reliably replicate the problem in front of a genius, they won't (or can't) do anything to fix it.

Any suggestions would be greatly greatly appreciated.

Which programs in particular have crashed so far?

Does the computer continue to run after a program crashes, or are you getting a kernel panic which requires a restart of the computer?

How much RAM and free (available) hard disk space on your computer?

How many programs are you running at one time when you get the crashes?

Intel Mini or PPC Mini?
