MacMini Randomly Crashes. Been To GeniusBar Three Times. w/ Video
I bought a MacMini in 2007 and have used it since to watched internet TV (hulu). About a month ago the MacMini started randomly freezing (about every 45 minutes to an hour), kernel panicking, or crashing when I opened any problem. A video of the computer during a crash can be seen here:

Since then I have taken it to the Genius Bar three times and the problem still isn't fixed.
The first time the Genius reinstalled OSX. The computer started crashing again 45 minutes after I got home.
The second time the Genius said they thought it was a hardware problem and put it in for service. A week later they told me it wasn't a hardware problem but a software issue and it was fixed. The MacMini crashed 10 minutes after I got home.
The third time the Genius couldn't find any problem despite that fact I literally showed him a HD video of the computer crashing!
To be honest, I am at a loss for what to do. Since I cannot reliably replicate the problem in front of a genius, they won't (or can't) do anything to fix it.
Any suggestions would be greatly greatly appreciated.
