Front Row movies not working

Front Row movies not working

I have several user accounts on my iMac and for some users the movie trailers work and for others they do not. When it fails what happens is that when you click the movie trailers the progress spinner goes for a while and then just freezes. The only way to get out of Front Row when this happens is to press Option-Command-Escape.

There are four non-admin accounts on the machine and two have this problem whilst the other two work perfectly. Any one got any idea of what's going on here?

I get the exact same thing with two users. One works and one doesn't. It used to work. I dumped the prefs, cache, and updated. I go to show it off and it locks up.

Ideas anyone?

I also have the exact same problem. I have been reading that this can be fixed by deleting your user prefs and resetting your QT cache and then logging in/out. But, I have not tried it yet. I just wish Apple would acknowledge this bug and create a fix. This is one of the new iMacs great new features and it doesn't work.

Is anyone having issues with just the Movies part of Front Row? The Movie Trailers work fine for me, but the Movies part keeps spinning.
