6 Dead 400Mhz DV iMacs/10.4.2

6 Dead 400Mhz DV iMacs 256mg RAM. All these died after installing OS 10.4.2 Some ran as long as a week, then died. Start to boot no screen, then won't boot just green light. Will not boot from CD. Swapped RAM, HD, No screen no one home. Anyone ever see this? I thiought it was a fluke then I started counting. Same on all 6. Changed Batt. reset board. Thanks R

Did you update the firmware on all 6 iMacs prior to installing Tiger?

If the firmware was updated, then I suggest that you crosspost in one of the Tiger Forums where the Tigers users hang out. This way, they will see your problem & hopefully, be able to help you out.
