More control over cookies

I would like to be able to set up Safari so that it does not accept cookies from certain websites (that I specify), or only accepts cookies from certain websites (that I specify). In other words, I would like to use cookies for certain websites I go to, but not others. Is there any way to do this in Safari (or some other browser)?

Hi

Safari Cookies still retains some significant bugs, which the developer intends to work out soon. For example, removed cookies have a tendency to reappear unless you quit Safari immediately after the removal. The other is "unexpected crashes".

Certainly a step in the right direction as an effective Cookies manager has been missing from Safari 3+ on the Leopard Platform.
