iTunes crashes on open

I'm on a 1st-gen Macbook Pro with the latest version of OSX and iTunes installed.

I recently moved from an apartment where my roommates had an airport set up to play iTunes over our home theater system. I don't have that setup at my new place, but when last I used iTunes successfully, it was set to play over "Home Theater" from the drop menu in the lower right corner.

Now, in my new non-airport apartment, I try to open iTunes and it crashes within a few seconds of opening. This is really frustrating. I think it's experiencing an error when trying to locate my old "Home Theater" location. I try to change it to play over my "Computer" speakers instead but am never successful in doing so before the crash occurs.

Any suggestions on how to get around this or at least reset iTunes to the default settings?
