how to download OLD podcast episodes?

Anyone know how to download previous episodes of a podcast? I already am a subscriber to a podcast and accidently erased some of the previous episodes.

Now I would like to download them again. But from where? How??

Select the album name in your podcast list -- if it's still there -- and then click on the little arrow next to the name to go to the podcast page in the iTunes Store. Otherwise, just search for the podcast in iTunes and download the episodes.

Be advised that not all podcast pages retain previous episodes. I download MSNBC's Countdown each night, and only the current episode is available.
