Forum,
I need to buy a new camcorder and considering a Panasonic AG-HMC71.
It records on memory sticks or something like that which are AVCD.
I have searched the archives and found positive references to AVCHD so feel satisfied FCP is compatible with AVCHD files.
I acknowledge tape is cheap and a good archive medium but things move on.
What does the forum think?
I do not understand the reference to "Grass valley Edivus"
What on earth is that?
The camera reference is for the Pal version ,does any one have a view on that camera?
