Safari 4 not able to switch between tabs using shift-command-arrows

In Safari 4 it is no longer possible to switch between tabs using shift-command-arrows.

This was possible in Safari 3

Thanks again, but no, nothing else is mapped to that key combination... it's all in the default state.

Also, selecting the Safari option "Press tab to highlight each item in a webpage" also does not affect the problem...

In Safari 3 it was fairly simple to change tabs using command-shift-arrow...

The 'proper' way to switch tabs in Safari 3 was actually command shift{ or } 🙂

The method you mention would not work if you currently had a text field active, as that is also the key combo to select the text in the field.

As to the ctrl-tab problem, I've no idea why it isn't working for you. Does it work in Safari when it's launched from a different user account?
