adapter for Italy

I am a student in the US and will be studying in Italy in a few weeks. I have a first generation MacBook Air and need to know what I need to power my computer. I have the correct plug adapter, but do I need a converter? I have the power adapter and cord that came with the computer and no longer visible on the outside is whether it's 110 voltage only or 100-240. Thanks for you help!
