My saved .MOV files have no Thumbnail...help please.

Hi,
My Casio Exilim digital camera shoots videos. When downloaded to my PC running Windows Vista, it is saved as a .MOV file, so only Quicktime plays this file.

However, in the Windows Folder, it doesn't show a thumbnail, just the "Q Movie" icon.

It is so much better to be able to see a thumbnail of the video to easily recognise which video it is. Is it possible for a .MOV file to show a Thumbnail?

other files .mpeg or .avi are both fine and show the Thumbnail.

Thanks!
