This Driver is driving me nuts

Does anybody know why an error has started to pop up when I turn my machine on saying "the STFinit system extension had an error loading ACD1.DRVR driver file. Please make sure it is in the Drivers Folder of you STF folder?" I have checked the Drivers folder and that file is there, but if you try to open it it says that the application program that created it could not be found.

I am rubbish with Computers. Anybody help?

The acd1.drvr file probably is there but did not load properly.

Make sure that the five FAXstf extensions are present and enabled. To do this, open the Extensions Manager from the Control Panels folder, under the Apple menu.

Click on the "View" menu and select "View as folders." Under the "Extensions" heading, make sure that these extensions are present and enabled (checked):

FaxPrint
Fax Monitor
FAXstf PPC Shared Library
STF Toolbox
STF Init

If any are not checked, check the box next to the extension(s) and restart the computer.

If they are all enabled, then make sure the correct modem is selected in FAXstf.

To select a modem, open the Fax Browser and select "Settings" from the "Edit" menu.

Click on "Fax Modem" from the list along the left-hand side. Click on the "Modem" button in the "Fax Modem" panel. Select your modem model.

Click the "Select" button to close the "Select Modem" panel and then the "Done" button to save your changes to the settings. Restart the computer.
