OS X 10.4.11 Update -- No Stuffit Expander??

Recently updated to 10.4.11 and just discovered that I don't have Stuffit Expander. Shouldn't it be included in OS?

iMac G3 PowerPC 600MHZ 1GB, Mac OS X (10.4.2)

You don't need it, Apple is getting away from .sit files, and the Unarchiver will do you fine...

I see.
I don't find Unarchiver in Utilities folder or elsewhere, either. Should it have been included in update? I'm wondering if update was complete.

There's no stuffit, no unarchiver. You can download The Unarchiver at VersionTracker or MacUpdate. It's freeware.
