Iphone sync error 13019?

Ever since I upgraded to iTunes 8.2 I've been having issues synching. It will copy photos, ringtones, etc, but at some point says that iTunes could not sync "Error 13019".
(reposting in the appropriate forum)

Searching resulted in nothing.

Now my playlists on the phone are wiped out, oddly enough the music is there, but it doesnt show up on the phone. If I connect it to iTunes, it shows the music and the playlists as being there.

I did a reinstall of iTunes and chose a restore from back up, neither has worked.

Anyone else run into this?

Hi RezX,

Do you have any 3rd-party security software running on your Mac? If you do, try reconfiguring or disabling the security software.

If you haven't already, install the latest software updates by clicking the Apple> Software Update as shown here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1338

Also make sure the iPhone is directly connected to the Mac, using the cable that came with it. This article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1286 provides other general USB troubleshooting tips that could resolve the issue.

ah oops.

I shouldve changed the OS option. This is on Windows Vista

Do you see the same issue when syncing the iPhone on the Mac?

What is syncing to the iPhone when you see the message?

Do you see the same issue when syncing content to the iPhone from another user account? This article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1692 will walk you through creating another user account, under the *Attempt to sync content in a new Windows user* section.

I actually dont have my mac anymore 😟 Getting a new 13inch Macbook Pro shortly.

I think its attempting to sync music actually. It will sync photos, contacts, apps, install apps, uninstall apps, etc just fine. It will even perform backups just fine.

When I try to copy music over however it tries to and then I get the "unknown error 13019" issue. It will even copy movies and shows I bought on iTunes just fine, and I can see them in iTunes but not on the phone.

All my music shows up on the phone when its connected to iTunes, however when its disconnected, nothing shows up.

I also just noticed that my music on the phone went from 11.4 gigs to 7.37 although there appears to be the same exact amount of songs in the local Purchased folder as there is on the phone.

I had an issue once where my music became corrupt and I had to delete it all. Unfortunately now I can do that as I cant synch to copy everything back.

Its really annoying honestly
