empty mp3 file

when I download; some mp3 files do not have a preview in the info window.
the file indicates the size, but there is no audio.

Someone encoded it wrong. If you download something and it doesn't play back they didn't make it right. This happens a lot with video too, no video just audio. Find a better source.
