Aliases Rename

This may be a silly question, but hey, I want to know. When you rename a file, does the alias of that file rename too? If not, what is the best way to go about this quickly?

Thanks,
Sarah

no, it does not.

not sure what you are asking. if you want to rename both the original and the alias there is no automatic way to do this. you'll have to either rename the alais separately or recreate it after renaming the original.
