Slow Loading

This is my first post and I have researched as much as possible before posting this.

My site (www.cgbyme.com) seems to be running very slow, and I would like to rule out that is has anything to do with publishing from iWeb. I have done as much as I know to optimize its performance. I was wondering if the more experienced users could take a look and offer any suggestions. I do not intend having many visitors or traffic on the site, but when I do I would like it not to be a burden to load.
