I phoned the Customer Care Line and was told to bring the computer into a service center. It took 2 months for everything to be taken care of in terms of service and I want to complain.MacBook 2 GHz Intel Core Duo, Mac OS X (10.4.10)

and yes i agree the support is crappy, but so is everyone elses. i would not want a customer support job.spelling doesn't seem to matter any more so i wont bother., Mac OS X (10.5.7)

The representatives are extremely nice and usually take good care of you.MacBook, Mac OS X (10.4.11)
