Looking around a number of people have been able. So as to "pretty sure" well, if you know for sure, that still wouldn't help or account for all the success stories.
Burn it slower, try using another program if possible.
Just use DVD Creator Std to burn ISO to a Disk, Follow me below 4 steps:
1. Choose ISO to import file
2. Drag ISO to Program
3. Edit ISO Files
4. Start Burning
