Download link for MAC Safari 4.0 onto PC

I'm deployed overseas where internet access/bandwidth is restricted, so I can not download Safari 4.0 directly onto my Mac.

Unfortunately, when using the internet cafe's PC's, Apple's website autodetects the machine that you're downloading to and always and only offers the PC Safari download.

Can anyone provide me the actual download link for the MAC Sarafi 4.0 that I could download onto a PC then transfer to my Mac?
