Advanced search in iTunes ?

Hi all,

Is there a specific syntax to search for music in iTunes ?
Something like Title=*ever AND Artist=... ??

Or somewhere else than the normal search in top right giving theses search possibilites ?

Many thanks

Are you referring to searching your own iTunes library? Or searching the iTunes Store? Neither offer boolean searches nor wildcard characters, but the iTunes Store has the Power Search which offers additional search options. For working with your own library, you can set up Smart Playlists which do offer some boolean searching.

Hope this helps.

I'd like to ask the question the other direction...

That is for the iTunes Store, is there any list of syntax for searches? How to filter out certain words in results or get results that include one of the searched for words etc...

Help wasn't helpful, and neither the gods of Google of this forum's search have been good to me 😟
