Network Connection Reset?

I downloaded the 3.0 OS and I went away while it was downloading and being installed. I come back, the Itunes symbol, and the USB with an arrow facing the Itunes symbol is up, and I can only make emergency calls. I try connecting it to Itunes and it's saying "We cannot complete your Itunes store request. The Network connection was reset. Make sure your network connection is active and try again."
Tried unplugging, resetting both computer and Iphone. No solutions, any help would be appreciated.
