So as long as its in that certain computer anyone can update?
Not so much the computer, it's actually the account you bought the update with.
Technically you are buying the update for your
own use. So if you own multiple iPods you can update them all for the one price.
It says at the start of the update that you should update the iPod on the computer that it is synced with.

As long as its in ur account anyone can update but wouldnt there be a certain number of itoucs that can update using that same account?
