Hi, I swithed from HTC Touch Cruise to iPhone last month, and I'm in the same configuration than you, using Lotus Notes at work, and used to sync calendar and address book to my previous phone, but not syncing with iPhone yet.
It seems to be possible to sync Notes calendar to iPhone using Lotus Notes v8.0.2 and newer, which include Lotus iNotes Ultralite (for iPhone) in push web mail configuration.

CompanionLink has a newer product called CompanionLink for Google Sync. It's $29.95. It syncs your notes calendar and address book with a google account, which then syncs with your iPhone. What's nice is it's wireless, and syncs both ways. You can set up a free google account and just use it to house your address book and calendar. Any changes to Notes, once you have sync'd, are pushed to the iPhone. It can be set up to sync on a schedule, once a day or manually. Unfortunately, the iPhone does not support .ics calendar files, Notes meeting invitations. Supposedly, that is forth coming in an update. I have had a few issues with it crashing Notes but otherwise, it's the best solution I have found yet and I have tried them all. BTW, I get my Notes mail via IMAP, fetched, which works quite well too. Hope this helps.
Hi gribgy1...I read your post re CompanionLink w/Notes (Lotus I'm assuming) and am very interested. I've used LNotes for years and really love their calendar/contacts setup. I went thru the steps for google sync and set up my iPhone settings for Microsoft Exchange, which it recommended, however, when I got to the Domain line I was at a lost. I receive my Notes via my gmail IMAP also but don't use a Domain, do you? Is it necessary to have a Domain? I thought that was only for if you're accessing Notes via a company's network server...?? Any assistance you can provide would be very helpful.
