arranging iPhone apps

Is there any easier way to arrange app icons than manually moving each one? I have pages of apps and it is a pain to try to arrange them the way I want them (especially when I download a new one that I'd like on my first page). Can't there be a way to see and edit the layout through iTunes?

I was just thinking about this very thing today. The ability to edit the layout of apps through iTunes would be very helpful!

I've been thinking about this for a while also. I would love to be able to arrange them on my computer via iTunes than on the iPhone. It is a very painstaking process to move them around on the phone.

You can only arrange apps on the iPhone. We've all been thinking and discussing this issue since day one of the original iPhone... Apple has yet to implement a better solution.

Good one for feedback. I think a lot of us have the same issue (especially when you start getting a lot of aps and want to rearrange them).
