How do I sync my Notepad in iPhone 3G with new 3.0 software?

Hi, I just updated my iPhone 3G with the latest software (3.0) and am very excited to be able to sync the notepad to use on my Mac. But when I re-synced, none of my iPhone notepad data came over to my Mac. Where on my Mac would I see the data? Please advise.

iPhone 3G, iPhone OS 3.0, MacBook with Intel, OSX 10.5.7

They are in Mail in the REMINDERS section (below MAILBOXES in the left column). There is a "Notes" button on the toolbar to create new notes.
