iPhone assembled in China

i got iPhone as gift. in its back side its written that it is assembled in china and iTune also not detecting it...so now will this phone give any iPhone functionality...and can iTune detect it in any way???

hp pentium 4, Windows XP

All iPhones are made in China. Apple has big plant in Shenzhen which is in China and mostly all iphones/macs/ipods are assembled there. All my apple stuff was shipped from there. So you have the actual iPhone.

About detection, try different PC, or upgrade your itunes or reboot your phone.

how can i reboot my phone......i have tried all the manuals given in apple website but still iTunes is not detecting it...i tried in other systems also still its not working.....and i dont know know its IMEI No also not even serial no....in back of phone only its model no is given.
please tell me the ways which can show that this is real iPhone or a chinese knockstuff.
