Email button in podcast scrubber bar does not work

I yesterday installed OS 3.0 on my iPhone. It comes with an email button in the podcast scrubber bar for sending links to a podcast via e-mail. This button does not work, while the others do work fine (30 sec. playback and shuffle or playback speed).
I have already performed a reset on my iPhone and searched the internet for solutions, but no options found yet. It seems that the e-mail function was switched of in earlier beta versions of the new OS, but since beta version 3 or 5 it should be activated…

Could someone please help me solving this issue.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.7), iPhone OS 3.0

It seems it has something to do with the podcast type. With one of my Discovery podcast the mail link functionality works, with others it does not.

Are there others experiencing the same issue.

Yes, I have the same issue. When I was first discovering new features of 3.0, I tapped the mail icon in a podcast and the email interface came up. Of course I didn't want to email that one, I was just experimenting. Now that I've found one that I want to use this feature with, it will not work. I also tried rebooting and resetting to no avail.

I have the same problem. I have maybe 6 podcasts on my iPhone but the tap-to-email feature seems to only work on half of them. I was wondering if this is a software issue or maybe the way the podcast is formatted/copyrighted (some are news and/or celebrity related). Was curious just to get an answer.
