Google Chat and Yahoo IM app

Both Google chat via Gmail and Yahoo IM app are being blocked by my Airport Express v6.3. I do not have any firewalls running nor port mapping. When I connect to modem using direct ethernet cable, I'm fine with both Chats working.

2.16GHz MBP, Mac OS X (10.5.7)
